Delivery is added to your order at checkout, before you place it. International duties and import taxes are set by your country and are payable by you on arrival.
Dispatch
In-stock bags leave us within 2–3 working days. If a bag is being woven to order, we write to you with a date before we dispatch.
Tracking
You'll receive your order number the moment you place your order. We update the status of your order as it moves from received to dispatched, and you can follow it from your account at any time.
Payment before dispatch
We confirm your payment method with you directly after your order is received. Nothing is charged on this website.
