When you create an account we store your first name, last name, email address and phone number. When you place an order we also store your delivery address, city and country, the items ordered and the totals. When you write to us we store your name, email, phone number and message.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, to prepare and deliver your order, to answer your enquiry, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for it. We don't use your details for anything else.
Payment information
No card details are collected or stored on this website. Payment is arranged with you directly after your order is received, so your card and mobile money credentials never pass through KIKARA.
Who can see it
Your orders and personal details are visible only to you when signed in, and to the KIKARA team who prepare and deliver orders. We do not sell or rent your data.
Storage and security
Your data is held in an access-controlled database. Sign-in is protected by your password, and each account can only read its own profile and orders.
Newsletter
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or writing to us, and we will remove your email from the list.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it from your account page, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to us through the contact page and we'll act on it.
Cookies
We keep your sign-in session and your shopping bag in your browser's own storage so the site works as you move between pages. We don't run advertising trackers.
